Videography policy
1. This agreement constitutes an order for wedding videography. It is understood that any and all proofs, tapes, digital files, samples and video clips remain the property of videographer and they may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by videographer. 2. It is understood that no other videographers, amateur or professional, will be allowed to videograph at the wedding while videographer is working, and that any breach of this agreement may result in work stoppage with no liability to videographer the loss of the initial deposits by signing party and full service charge will be implemented. 3. Any video taken during the wedding and reception by amateurs can be used for personal use only, cannot be sold or given to other party including bride and groom. Copyright compensation may be requested from Bride and Groom up to double amount of contract value. 4. Upon signature, Jesse Rawski reserves the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, all deposits are nonrefundable, even if date is changed or wedding canceled for any reason. 5. Cancellation of the wedding or any changes must be notified in written form or in person no later than 7 days before the wedding. If bride and/or groom refuse giving signed cancellation notice videographer will be sent to the wedding place and full service charge will be implemented. 6. Although all care will be taken with the tapes and other media taken at the wedding, videography limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver for any reason to return of all deposits made. 7. Jesse Rawski has rights to edit video or select only one from each of several takes. No time frame is set to complete creative work until agreed differently. 8. Confirmation of all information given on the contract must be made up to 1 week prior to the wedding; otherwise service can be canceled or interrupted with the loss of the initial deposit and agreed on this contract service charge will be implemented. 9. Deposit of 1/3rd is due at signing of this contract, 2nd deposit of 1/3rd is required one week before the wedding and the balance to be paid upon completion of videography. Certain packages require additional deposits. 10. Bride and Groom are responsible for all equipment damage or stolen and loss caused by guests, other vendors, visitors and themselves. 11. If the videographer or his equipment is in any way threatened by guests, visitors other vendors, bride or groom, work can be interrupted and not completed. The videographer will leave place immediately, with the understanding that the deposit will be lost, full service charge will be implemented and no discounts given for part of the job been not completed. 12. After agreed end time, if you request videographer to work additionally, you will be charged with standard hourly rates for every 1/2hr started per videographer included in this contract. 13. In some of the packages one proof DVD is included at no chargel; any additional proofs are subject to additional charges with standard studio prices. All proofing materials must be returned to Jesse Rawski prior to complete the final DVD. 14. Orders not picked up in 30 days after initial notice late charge $100.00 and interest fee 20% yearly (on monthly basis 1.5078%) will be implemented. After 90 days it will be send to collection and all cost is Bride and Groom responsibility. 15. Prices are guaranteed for up to 90 days from the day of informing client about completed job or part of it. After 90 days price will be changed to current at the day the part of the job is picked up, with no any discounts and/or promotions. 16. All returned checks are subject to $35.00 fee. 17. Bride and Groom are responsible for all permits and parking allowance for videographing in all locations. 18. If the client is not satisfied with the quality of our service at the time of receiving the job and inspecting it in videographer location, all money will be refunded including the deposit. Once the job (that includes any proofing materials i.e. prints, CD, tapes or DVD) has left the office, it is considered complete and satisfactory and no discounts or refunds will be considered nor granted. 19. Proof media and all corrections must be returned in 14 days from the day of initial notice. After 14 days, even proofs were refused to pick up video is considered final. Final media (VHS, DVD etc.) will be produced and any additional work will be charged with standard current studio price list for the day of any further work or item is requested. 20. Refusing to return proof media client will be charged with standard prices of additional media of the same kind. 21. Videographer is entitled to 30 minutes break every 4hr of service. Brake must be taken in between the sections of event or during the dinner, changing location (driving) is not considered as brake. If the dinner is provided in the same room videographer must interrupt his brake for only very important moments i.e. speech of Bride's Father. It is understood if videographer will be having his brake outside, some of the moments will not be recorded and videographer is not responsible for missing of those sections. If more than one person covering the event, they will schedule their brakes in different time and will be no interruption in coverage of event. 22. If any components for video is not delivered before the wedding day (i.e. baby pictures, names, gust list, music, etc.) the job may not be completed in scheduled time or those elements may not be implemented to the final video. Missing elements may be put into video after proof dvd returned at additional actual studio charges. Therefore the video will not be completed in time frame with no liability to videographer and full contract charge will be implemented with new time to complete the video will be schedule by videographer. 23. No components will not be accepted at the wedding day, must be delivered or mailed at any time before or after the wedding. |
